Left dog at vet, came back to pick up and she was in awful shape

When I dropped off my dog at the vet today, she had mild difficulty breathing amongst other symptoms like not eating, diarrehea, not walking and lethargy. Shallow / difficult breaths slightly worse than shown in the following video:

When I picked her up 1:30 hours later, she was breathing 3x as fast, like she was hyperventilating and the assistant was like it's probably because I just picked her up / she's excited to see me, claimed she'd been fine this entire time until being picked up. Shown in the following video:

Took her to the ER and she passed away a few hours later, her heart just gave up. I feel like the vet let her down, how can her condition deteorate that quickly in 1.5 hours? I want closure, I want answers. I don't know if I'm being unreasonable and this is my way of dealing with grief or maybe it was her time to go and the vets did her best. It doesn't feel right paying them all that money just to see her condition deteorate that quickly. Did they mishandle her? over stress her ? these are all questions plaguing the back of my mind right now
