Hi I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions because I'm at my wit's end here. I've had my cat for a little over 4 months now and he is the noisiest, chattiest cat I've ever encountered. I am talking near constant yowling, like only silent when sleeping and eating. I've brought him to vets who've confirmed there's nothing wrong with him. He's been neutered. Ive tried spending months only giving him attention when he's quiet. I've tried rewarding him only when he's quiet, I've tried separating from my other (significantly more quiet) cat. He gets plenty of love, attention, and enrichment but I can't handle the noise anymore and my neighbors have started complaining about the noise as well. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas to get him to quiet down
