My small dog has fluid in his lungs and has coughing fits, I’ve taken him to the vet and they say there’s nothing they can do and put him on a bunch of meds and gave him till December of last year, yet he still alive but he coughs all the time and sometimes he passes out and it gives me really bad anxiety, is there anything I can do to help him when he’s having a coughing fit?
