Wondering if anyone has Nationwide for Pet Insurance (dog) and if they requested medical records and how far back if so? My dog had a couple growths removed last year and wondering if this would be considered pre-existing if he develops any more in the future. I’ve heard Ear infections apparently can sometimes be considered pre-existing as well.
customer service did not ask, and I don’t want to volunteer information so asking here instead!
