Hi. I am seeking help to fellow people who might have experienced the same thing as me. I adopted a 8 months old cat friday and today was his first day alone at home while i went to work. Hes a great cat but for some reason i had the worse anxiety attack of my whole life. I feel so guilty and sad for some reason and i dont know how to overcome this horrible feeling. It had me shaking and crying at work, so much that my boss told me to go back home... Please anyone who can relate to that tell me that there is brighter days. Thank you
