This could literally be something as simple as a snail, for example. I want to have something to kind of look in on and take care of that won’t be longing to get out of its cage.
Every time I try to google variations of this it comes up with hamsters and whatnot.
I have a 45 gallon tank, but I like the tank to be way bigger than what the animal needs. Also, unless there are really low maintenance fish that don’t require crazy water chemical magic, please no fish. Too stressful.
What are some cool, low space, low maintenance, low attention options other than snails?
