Sudden aggression in kitten

So backstory is I found and adopted a 6-7 week old kitten a while ago, she's now around 12 weeks old. My kitten is usually loving and playful but sometimes she goes crazy and tries to attack everyone (mostly me since I'm always with her) for no reason at all. I do not use my hands or feet to play with her and always direct her bites to toys. But I would be just lying down, using my phone and she would attack my feet or hands out of nowhere. We have scheduled play time every morning and evening for about half an hour. If I have time in the middle of the day I play with her for about 10 min or so. I know that kittens learn not to play rough from their mother and siblings, is this the case? Or is there any other reason she's being aggressive? And also, is this kind of behavior normal for kittens and they will eventually grow out of it?

Edit: just wanted to add that in these attacks she didn't seem to be just playing. She would grab on to my hand and chomp down repeatedly without reserve while bunny kicking my arm. We've never been aggressive with her or used scare tactics with her.
