Hi guys. So my best friend and his gf purchased a puppy. But he paid for it, has the receipt saying he did. The gf bailed... Has been gone for 4 months now. We took his pup to the vet to get the second round of shots. The vet refused service to him because the dog was entered into that clinic in only the ex gf name, when we explained the situation they were horrid. We explained that she voluntarily abandoned the dog. We don't know where she is or how to contact her. The humane society in our county told us we just need the bill of sale of the dog to show he purchased and signed for dog. We have that. They are still saying nope, we have to contact her. Why tho??? We have already established the ownership as told. Now they are being jerks still. It's been weeks and no other vets are accepting new pets due to covid stuff . The dog is supposed to go to 6 week training end of month... That's already been paid for... But we can't get his shots updated for him to go. HELP!! WHAT CAN HE DO.
