Hello,
I have a 1 year old cat, and she isn’t thrilled about getting her nails trimmed. Once the vet put her under to cut her nails, after my fiancé told them she didn’t like the vet..but I don’t believe that’s great for her and also is an extra $40/time.
The second time I sent her to the vet for a check up/trim, they cut three nails and said they couldn’t cut more because she got fussy. This is the same time I asked them not to put her under. (Couldn’t go in with her due to COVID).
Is this normal for a vet to be unable to clip cat nails? What are my options? I’m not trained, and she doesn’t care for me clipping her nails. Our other cat gives us no issue.
