Cat very upset after moving

Hello all! Need some advise on how to help my cat Jellybean relax after a stressful move. Short story is I had to move out of my apartment (I lived there for 6 years and Jellybean for 5) within a weeks notice due to a serious mold issue that has all but condemned the building. Last week I moved all but the bare essentials out and it was just me, Jellybean and a TV. Through out the week she was stressed but I kept the same routine as much as possible but this past weekend by 5 I had to be out. All I had left was to get her in her crate (I left it out the past week with the door open so she could explore it). I tried to coax her with treats and was calm as possible. It didn't work. I tried for about 3 hours and I had 0 time left and had to trap her in the closet and corner her to get in the box. (She was beyond mad) I hated to do it that way but I had no other choice. I moved back in with my parents for a short time and I set up her litter box and food before I let her out of her crate. I am keeping her locked in the room for about a week so she knows whats "home" before I let her roam the house. It's been two days now and when I get anywhere close she hisses and growls at me :( It took her a day and a half to eat and drink! (She just used the litter box). I'm trying to give her alone time to adjust but I do pop my head in and talk to her and spend time with her before I go to bed. Anything else I can do to help her adjust to the whole house and be my buddy again?
