Dog (1.5 Dalmatian) ate some chocolate cake the other day, got it “flushed out” at vet, still shaking/vomiting 10 days later... ?

Like the title says, my 1.5 year old Dalmatian got into some chocolate cake at our home. We called our local vet and they said (goat) milk + hydrogen peroxide, to induce throwing up, but she wouldn’t drink that. So they suggested just squirting it down her throat. We got a bit in her, and she threw up right away (which we suspected was just her rejecting it). She seemed to be acting normal, but obviously we didn’t want to risk anything. The vet recommended we bring her in, to make sure she was ok. They gave her some activated charcoal to calm her stomach, and gave us some Omeprazole (20mg) to give her once a day for 5 days, to calm her stomach.

She’s seemed depressed kind of these last few days. We go on walks and to the park everyday to play fetch, and she seems okay and active.

It’s been a week and half and she’s seemed to be alright most nights, sometimes shaking, but we didn’t chalked it up to her needing to go out to the bathroom, but tonight (10 days after incident) she kept shaking and vomited 4 times (each time just kind of has been yellow/white mucus-y) in the span of 1 hour. Some research online says dog will do that if they’ve eaten something they shouldn’t have (which was true.. but I figured we’d had it under control).

My local vet doesn’t open up for a few more hours, and she seems to be shaking less now, and just lying down (it’s early in the morning so she’s probably just tired). Should I wait to call the local vet and see what they say, should I call the emergency vet? Should I just ‘ignore it’?

TLDR: dog ate chocolate cake 10 days ago, vet gave her activated charcoal and some pills to help over the course of 5 days. 10 days later she’s still shaking and vomiting. Should I go to the vet or just ignore
