Feral teenage cat is forcing me to part ways

Hi I’ve had my cat for a total of 6 months total I had been looking for a cat with my girlfriend but eventually a collage associate of hers agreed to give us a baby cat. She was the size of my hand and was the cutest sweetest baby. I thought that she would be the sweetest thing. Two weeks or four after that point she started to become hissing at humans around her including my gf and I. I assumed that the cat was just scared with the change of scenery still and didn’t think much of it. She eventually got more hostile with family members and other tame cats. Even the most nurturing cat my family had was hissed at by the baby. Ever since covid lockdown hit I had to move in with my grandparents to take care of them just in case they needed groceries or etc. I worked out a deal with them that if I kept the cat in my room she’d be allowed to stay with them. Eventually she moved in with me and she was the cutest little thing. She was sweet and she laid down and cuddled and purred with me. And was even sweet with my grandparents. She was really a dream besides the unwarranted hisses and clawing towards any external guest besides my grandparents. Months passed by where she was tame, up until the day she managed to go outside. She went outside tame and came back feral. She was out for a few min but as soon as I had to get her she started hissing and clawing me. This was new so I put her back in my room and looked up how to deal with it. At this point the cat was getting bigger and stronger. My girlfriend when ever she came over to visit would be hissed at by the cat. It was odd but I looked past it. She got out a few more times since then and each time she would become a little more hostile. Up until recently. While walking outside a member of my family did not close the door to the back yard and the cat ran outside and tried to run into the neighbors backyard where a 165lb pit bull waited on the other side. She was outside for a total 30 min. She still is young and cat and can’t climb the fences yet. She tried to instead run through a hole into fence that led to the neighbors yard where I grabbed her and brought her back inside. She was hissing at me and even bit me lightly. I put her down and had to leave to get groceries for another hour. I came back to which my grandparents where mad at me since while my grandpa was in the kitchen he had reached out to grab food off the table when the cat jumped out clawed up his arm and manage to draw blood. I was mad but ultimately decided to explain it off as she might have been hungry and needed to rest. I gave her a 2 hours to rest and to calm down before I waited I gave her cat food in her favorite bowl. To my surprise when I came back her food was untouched but instead she had been eating away at the cat bag that was in the shelf. I picked her up and put her in my room because she was hissing and clawing me. Once in my room she ran under my bed to which I waited for her to calm down again like in the past. As soon as I opened the door she tried to shoot out but since my grandparents where in the hallway I shut the door before she could get to it. She started hissing and snorting while running over to the food on my desk. I rushed over to her to which she pounced on my window screen and tore it open. I had to pull her back inside because if she managed to get out again I would’ve not doubted she would have ran into my neighbors yard. She had sunken her teeth into my hand up and clawed my profusely. I immediately closed my window to which she ran under my bed. My room heats up like crazy and I have to keep the window open so I avoid being boiled alive. My grandparents heard the ruckus and are mad with me. I can no longer keep the cat here since she had in the past, scratched multiple times and attacked my grandparents. This was the final straw. I have to get rid of this cat since I can’t keep her in this house anymore. She has been feral for a while and I had been foolishly thinking I could domesticate her. I don’t have anyone to give her to and am considering giving her to a shelter what should I do?
