Help, my cat is unmanageable

Me and my fiancé have had a female cat(Cleo), mostly blind, for almost a year now. We found her on the side of the road when she was a kitten about a month old and had a horrible eye infection that left her pretty much blind (she can see enough to track some movements) but other than that she’s perfectly healthy. Whenever her eyes healed and she got a couple months older she started getting unnecessary violent at random intervals, it was uncommon back then, but an occurrence that we noticed grew worse and worse as she got older. We got her spayed a few months ago and since then she’s turned into an unruly beast, she’s rarely sweet, and even then she’ll attack out of no where. We’ll walk through the halls and she’ll attack our legs and feet, we’ll sit on the bed or chair and she’ll come up to one of us, sit and stare, then attack without warning. We’ve tried discipline, she won’t stop attacking unless we move away or remove her from the room. We barely touch her anymore, she’ll attack any other animal (we have an outside cat who sometimes comes in for a few minutes) and the rest of our family members. I don’t know what to do, we treat her right and feed and water her to her hearts content and plenty of toys to keep her stimulated. She’s becoming too much and she’s old enough to start doing real damage and we don’t know what to do with her anymore. Anyone have any clues or advice?
