I don’t want to get into the entire story but my loser roommate cleans his cats litter box once every 4-6 weeks (there is a mountain of shit before he touches it) and she is visibly and audibly (neverending cough) sick as a result. I’m most likely going to move out because I’ve told him 200 times he needs to either man up and take care of it or get rid of the cat but he doesn’t care and doesn’t listen - but my lease won’t expire for a while.
My mom is entering chemo for cancer and I’m really worried that his cat might be hosting dangerous bacteria and even diseases because of my roommates neglect. Do I need to get the fuck out of here ASAP? I really don’t want to expose my immuno-compromised mom to anything.
