It is good idea to adopt 1 more kitten in my situation?

I rescued a kitten girl about a month ago. She is about 4 months now and she was original born in a shelter, from what I know she is the most shy there but still go along well with her mom and siblings. When she arrived to my home she is really shy but now start to be very good girl, very playful and affectionate. However, I'm studying and working full time so normally went out at 10ish and back home at 7pm. I feel bad left her alone all day and she seems so needy when I came home, follow me everywhere as possible. I live in small bedroom apartment 26 square meter so the main concern is will it be too small for 2 kittens? Landlord is chill, not sure about neighbours as she does making noises at night but havent heard any reports from them yet. She has lots of toys and big cat tree to entertain. Food, water, litter always available. Financial is alright for one more mouth to feed but cant moving to bigger place in any time soon.
