One of our stray cats is acting real weird, does this sound like an emergency?

We have a bunch of stray cats that visit our yard every day, including one that's more friendly than the others, comes inside the apartment sometimes, sits in our laps, eats cat food out of our hands, and we'd like to adopt her when we move out this summer (current landlord doesn't allow pets). She is about 4-5 months old.

This morning we noticed she wasn't interested in playing with us, didn't want to be held, wasn't interested in eating (she ate a total of two bites and then wandered off kind of sluggishly), and has spent most of the day under a large outdoor blanket in a different area than she normally sleeps. I just checked on her (about five hours after she went in there initially) and she's still in there, very much alive, just laying there, and she perks up when I lift the blanket.

We ordered a cat carrier a couple days ago because we'd planned on getting her spayed soon anyway and the carrier should be here Sunday morning, but does this sound like something we should take her to the 24/7 vet for?
