One kitten came out dead so she ate it to feed the other kitten. The cat is currently feeding the kitten on the doorstep, she trusts us enough to touch the baby, I touched it for a second because I know I should leave them alone for at least a couple of days, but THEY'RE ON THE DOORSTEP.
The thing is, I live in a 3rd world country, so I can't take it to a vet, and I can't buy fancy cat food, how do I take care of them?
