My cat just got all of her back teeth removed via dental surgery. I just brought her home about three hours ago. She will not sit still, and has been devouring food like crazy since she got back. For the first time ever she opened her dry food bag and started eating her dry food. This is after she consumed twice the amount of wet food she normally eats at a time. I have since hid her dry food and now she is pacing around the house trying to find more food. The vets said not to let her eat dry food. I’m concerned. Her pupils are so dilated and she is restless. I locked her in my bedroom with me to keep her from hurting herself since she won’t stop climbing bookshelves and tables. Anyone else have this experience?
