Hello,
wanted to hear some of your opinions regarding how my (female) cat would settle at my new place. Moving soon from my parent's house into an apartment. The thing is, she isn't a 100% outside cat, sleeps most of the time in my room, or at least close to my room on stairs etc. I know it might take a while until she's fully comfortable at my new place, but I'm sure she'll do fine. Also, she's spayed and is 1.5y old.
Now my concern is the following: should/can I still bring her from time to time during weekends (if I have to go out of town) back to my parent's house so she gets some air and enjoy few days by going outside/play a bit, or should I just keep her indoors in the new place for a period of time? Is she going to be very confused and be problematic?
Worth mentioning; at my parent's house we also have another (older) male cat, with which my cat likes to go out sometimes and play.
I only thought about the idea of leaving her here at my parent's house and it makes me really sad, I love my cat too much and can't do that, besides that she's most comfortable with me when I'm gone from home 2-3 days she usually waits downstairs a lot, looks out the window.
Thanks! :)
