Need advice on what to do for kitten with worms

Hi so I found an abandoned kitten Thursday morning and took her to the vet to get her checked out that same day, unfortunately she wouldn't poop at the vet so they sent me home with a fecal test so I could collect it whenever she pooped. They did treat her for fleas and worms. However, later that day I saw tapeworms moving in her poop and she still has them falling our of her butt sometimes.

I returned the sample yesterday, along with my kitten for another small checkup. I told the nurse that came out that I saw worms that I was sure were tapeworms, but she pretty much ignored me and was like "yeah sounds like tapeworms, we'll have the results next week" and I asked if it was safe for her to have them till then, she pretty much was just like yeah but she seemed like she didn't really care. They close on weekends so she won't be treated till Wednesday bc that's the next available appointment.. Now I'm not sure if I should wait till then or take her to my dog's vet (I took the kitten to another one as an emergency).

I'm hesitant because i don't know if they will ask for another sample and make me wait as well. And also bc I already paid for it at the other vet clinic. Would the vet treat tapeworms without the sample? Any advice is appreciated . Thank you.
