My neighbors are very ghetto, and they don’t care about anything. We live in a townhouse they will play loud music, garbage everywhere; they park their cars in front of our garage. My issue is that they keep their dog outside. Today it was hot and humid, and the dog was outside barking. It is currently 1:21 AM ad the dog is now crying.
I’m not sure what to do. I want to help, but how? This breaks my heart. I’m a dog mom too.
