My kitten is on heat. I feel awful for her because she is so uncomfortable and I’m nervous to get her spayed.

I am going to get her spayed. There is no question. She is yowling all day and is being very annoying.

The issue is I am still very nervous for her spaying surgery. I love her so fucking much and I just hope it all goes smoothly and there are no complications. She also seems very uncomfortable and her meows are so difficult to listen to because she sounds like she’s in pain almost.

I’m so sad and I feel so guilty because the surgery kept getting delayed. I am heartbroken and I just want her to be happy.

There are two vet offices I could take her to, and I’m unsure which to choose.

Our regular vet is a lovely woman, who knows a lot about animals (as she should I guess xD) and you can tell she truly cares about them. However she does not do spaying regularly, but she says she has done a lot of spays.

I could also take her to a bigger vet which is less personal, but they do 4/5 spays a day. But they are so quick and impersonal and they just see her as a number.

I’m not sure where to take her to ensure she gets the best care.
