I hate fleas. I hate they’re in my house. They’re only in my house because of a dog i got paid to watch which we told the owner he had fleas. Now my cats have fleas and we’re treating the whole place and them. But the one GOOD THING that has happened because of these little bastards, my cat who has trust issues and has been abused, is now fully trusting of me to not hurt her. She lets me mess with her face and scrub it and hold her head while I comb her. She’s still terrified of baths, but she isn’t surprised at me touching her while she sleeps near or on me. Or while I mess with her paws and legs and face and stomach, she’s not scared of me. She trusts me and I love her
