Hi! I hope this doesn't just fall under the FAQ as I'm hoping to provide some details and get some answers.
I'm a university student and I live at an apartment near campus during school and at my parents during the summer.
I always miss the family dog when at university and would love to have a pet of my own for some companionship. I have a family member who is badly allergic to cats and I'm not personally ready to be responsible for a dog.
I was wondering if anyone could advise me on some animals that might be a good fit for me in terms of having a pet. I can't commit honestly to something like a dog in terms of maintenance, but I'd like to have a pet I could bond with.
Also my family is not a fan of ferrets and Guinea pigs so those are out of the question as I'm still living with them.
