Does the smell of pot affect cats?

Context: I live in an apartment and one of my neighbours (I'm not sure who) often smoke pot. This smell has a tendency to seep into my apartment and stink up my front area and bathroom (I think through the air vents/fans because the smell always seems worse when my bathroom or laundry fan is on).

Concern: Tonight the weed smell was particularly bad (I could smell it from my kitchen) and my cat seemed to be very excited/crying at walls and mirrors (she doesn't usually cry at anything unless a door to a room is shut/she is hungry). She also seemed very excitable and extremely playful (which is not out of the ordinary, but was to an excess). Additionally, she had already been fed her usual meal earlier in the night but cried at me until I gave her a few more biscuits.

Question/s: Does the smell (not the smoke) of weed affect cats at all? Should I be concerned for my cat? Do cats get the munchies from smelling pot?

TIA
