My indoor cat that I've had since he was 6 weeks old keeps meowing at the balcony door. I use to let him go out and chill on the balcony on his own but one day he jumped. When I opened the front door to go find him he came bolting back in. Ever since then I haven't let him out there. He'll just sit there meowing like crazy. I should mention he isn't neutered either. He's almost 1 year old now. Idk what to do, his meowing is driving me insane
