Female dog peeing in random places

Hi everyone!

So I have had my dog since she was 10 weeks old and she will be 3 this year. She has been house trained from very early on, was easy to train and didn’t have very many accidents. About the past 6 months shes been having weird accidents where she pees in the house. It’s not the usual pee on the floor type of accidents. It’s always been in weird places.

1. On the couch
2. On my lap (that was fun)
3. On my bed
4. On our shop floor
5. Directly outside our bathroom on the carpet

At first I thought maybe it was a behavior issues, but she doesn’t even squat when this happens. It’s almost like she just loses control of her bladder. I’m going to make an appointment, hopefully my vet is still open, but has anyone else experienced these issues??

I’m afraid it may be a UTI or bladder infection and I just don’t want it to turn into a bigger issue.
