I hated doing it, he was an awesome companion and was very loved. He had lymphoma, and the vet said it was terminal- I wasn't going to put him through hell just to have him around.It's too quiet without him, and I want to get another pet, but I wonder if it's too soon, if I'm replacing my Buddy.
If you've done this, how long did you wait before getting a new pet?
edit: 14 year old. He didn't have 14 ears and Autocorrect on my phone is an ass....
