How do you know when it's "time"?

I need advice, Reddit. My dog is a large breed, but she was the runt of her litter and is pretty small for her breed as a result. She's 15 now, and still very spunky and energetic, loves to play. She has some quirks that she's always had, since she was a puppy (very food-weird, picky, doesn't like walks too much and prefers to just play) that make it hard to quantify if she's suffering or not. I do NOT think it's 'time' yet for my girl, but my other household members do, and I don't want to prolong her suffering if she's actually suffering.

She's been with me for 15 years and has helped me through seizures and so much other garbage (she's not an assistance dog, just a helpful one!), so I can't tell if I'm just letting my own feelings cloud this.

Over the last 2 years she's started having the occasional night-time accident; She pees her bed once in awhile. We got pee pads and put them under a blanket on her bed, solved that problem. In the last 2 weeks it's gotten a lot more frequent though.

In the last 3 months she's also pooped in the house twice. The first time was completely my fault though no one else believes me. I took her for her morning walk and she was doing her business, but the weather was bad and I was grumpy and I probably rushed her/cut her off early, so later on in the morning (back at home) she pooped on the floor.

Finally, her back legs have gotten considerably weaker. She's had a few small seizures herself (probably 3 in 3 years), and her back legs have been fairly weak ever since - but she is still very energetic and happy (I know dogs basically always are), and loves doing everything she usually loves doing. She just needs more sleep and prefers a slower pace.
