My GSD has a terrible habit of whinning whenever he wants something, whether it's to go out for a walk or just for attention. He's extremely persistent with this to the point where it's intolerable. How do I stop this habit? We've tried just ignoring him whenever he whines, but that doesn't seem to be effective at all. Any advice would be much appreciated.
