I just got my six month old girl fixed today. I brought her home and tried to lock her up, but she kept launching herself into the door. I figured it might better just to let her out and watch her. My other cat is a six year old male. He has always loved her, and even when I first brought her home - they were cuddling within the first day.
Since letting my kitten out, my male cat has attacked her twice and bitten her. I now have them separated, but what could cause his sudden aggression towards her? Does she smell weird after the surgery?
