Mother Cat Seems to Want Something From Me

One of our cats had kittens about 3.5 weeks ago (4 weeks this Sunday).

Whenever I get near our "cat area" (food + cat boxes), the mother follows me and meows. Her bowls are empty and the little is empty. Sometimes she'll bring a kitten to me.

I created a tiny little box for the kittens. I'm thinking they might be hungry for solid food and she's trying to tell me?

Right now, it's 10pm and I'm not sure when I'll be able to buy some kitten wet food. Is there a way to test with dry food by softening it up with the goat's milk we have?

Is there another reason she could be trying to get my attention?

Also, she moved all her kittens under my bed - I won't incur her wrath if I move them, will I? XD
