So my dad has a dog and he recently moved in with my brother the dog went from being a well taken care of dog being allowed to roam all over my dads house and being treated extremely well to now looking severely emaciated, to the point where his bones are showing, and not being allowed to roam he’s locked in bewtween two doors all day that’s about 10 square feet. I recently moved to this state from up north so I was not aware of the situation, I’m wondering what can I do or who can I call to get the dog removed because he looks awful
