I’ve been considering adopting a cat for a bit for the emotional benefits. I’ve had pets before but never a cat. I found one I really like at the shelter, but I’m nervous to actually adopt him. I’m worried about the level of care required, and if this is really the right decision for me at this point in my life (full-time student). Any advice would be appreciated.
