My cat has given birth to two kittens (we sadly lost the first one.) She has her own room where she has all she needs, however every time my partner and I are moving about the house, she leaves the kitten and comes to us for affection and tends to wait a while to go back to her meowing kitten or if one of us guides her back. I’m not sure what to do, should I close the door to the room for those two to just get on or should I leave it open for mama cat to roam?
