I love every pet I’ve ever had. They’re so fucking amazing.
Currently I have a 6 month old kitten. It’s my first cat I’ve ever had because my family has always been dog people. I love her so damn much. When I’m sad, it’s like she knows because she sits on my lap and purrs. Her purring is so therapeutic.
One night I was having a really bad night and drove to my friends house. We talked and everything but once it hit 3:30 AM I couldn’t sleep and I needed my cat. I drove home just to go be with her. She instantly made me happy and I was able to fall asleep.
I love all the dumb things she does like licking my ankles when I get out of the shower, running to the door when she hears me unlocking it, pawing at my eyes while I’m trying to sleep.
Man I don’t even know who I’m talking to I just want to express the love I have for pets. They are literally the best thing to exist. I’ve had many more amazing friendships with pets than humans. Anyone that actually read all of this, give your pet a hug and appreciate them!
