The VCA shop website is pretty much unusable for me. If I want to check my autoshipments, I get logged out. If I click literally any link, there's like, a 50% chance I get logged out. I have had to call to manage my autoshipments and to inquire about what's happening to the website and each time they've told me it's being worked on. I've no clue what to do and am seriously considering cancelling my account and finding a new vet with a better system. I've cleared my cache, I've cleared cookies, I've tried multiple browsers, on PC and on my mobile phone. I'm really at my wit's end.
Is anybody else having this problem?
