For the life of me, I am trying to understand one thing:
If I go to the vet for an emergency and they tell me it will be $2000-$3000, and my deductible is $500, what am I paying before I actually leave the vet? The whole bill or the $500 and then get reimbursed later minus the $500 I paid out of pocket?
Someone please give me a clear answer because I’ve tried looking into this all day.
