I let my cats outside to my back yard. Today, I saw them playing with and biting a bat, possibly thinking of eating it.
I live in the Midwest of USA. My cats are 1.5 years old and had their rabies shot in November. I'm more worried about COVID. Do American bats carry COVID?
I've washed their faces and paws with sanitizer. What else do I need to do to keep them and myself safe?
