10~11 week old kitten is having sneezing fits. Details in post, just looking for advice.

So my roommate and I picked up a couple of free male kittens (brothers) from his cousin's farm about 3 weeks ago and it should be mentioned we already have my other roommate's 2.5 year old cat living here. I brought my kitten to the vet last week and got his first distemper vaccine and such and noticed he was definitely sneezing a little more than seemed normal which the vet asked me about. She explained that the stress of the move may have inflamed some kind of kitty cold that he had and that he'd most likely just have to fight it off. Well, it's only gotten worse and has gotten to the point where he's having multiple sneezing fits a day with many more dispersed throughout. He's still eating, drinking and playing normally as far as I can tell. Maybe a little lethargic but not significantly. Should I bring him back to the vet? Should we be keeping him and his brother/older cat separate to help him get over it/prevent them getting it? I've definitely read that kitten URIs can be contagious. Just wondering whether I should bring him back to the vet considering she already addressed it. I'm a first time pet owner here so my apologies for any ignorance, I ask for your patience, I'm exploring new frontier here.
