It's really unlike him to be like this. We took him to the vet for a general check up a few months ago and they mentioned he's got a grade 3 heart murmur that should be checked on within the year but isn't immediately concerning and that he needed a teeth cleaning but it also wasn't too concerning.
He also has pica, I'm wondering if maybe he ate something he shouldn't have, but he'd not vomiting or anything. I recently lost another young kitty due to a congenital heart failure and I'm paranoid I'll lose another.
Anyone have a similar experience?
