Has anyone else noticed that your pets health reflects your own?

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. But one of the cats is VERY attached to me. I’ve noticed a couple things:

When I lost weight, she lost weight

When my hair started thinning a bit, her long haired fluffy tail looked much thinner and less bushy

I’ve noticed some similarities between my new young pup and I, but they’re not as strikingly similar as my cat.

Have any of you noticed this before?
