Okay so long story short I was over at my best friends house today with my kids. They have four cats, a 4 year old and a 1 year old. When we got there she said her four year old was in bed because she got injured, and when she came downstairs an hour later her face was covered in bright red cat scratches. The mom said she deserves it. Is this not abuse? To the child and the animal!? I need advice as what to do!
