Black cat who is 12 female cat w cancer sweet we’ve had her for like 8 years keeps being attacked by our new cat who’s 2 years old and about the same size as black cat. New cat is a male and has a history of attacking female cats is very energetic and likes to play 24/7 and he is neutered and hungry all the time but normal weight. He doesn’t attack humans but he likes to bite and scratch when he’s played with a certain way. He only attacks her when she turns a corner and he gets excited and pounces on her. When humans are in the same room as black cat and new cat it’s usually fine. She doesn’t know how to defend herself like our other male tan cat who fights it out and they don’t keep fighting but when new cat attacks black cat it doesn’t end very well and someone has to break it up. We keep new cat in a separate room at night so he doesn’t attack black cat. Any suggestions? We introduced them how youre supposed to I think...very slowly...and show them each other’s scent first
