It has been 2 days after deworming my kitten had diarrhea in which he pooped out all the worms which were inside him. He has some weight and is skinny now he just sleeps all day and when wakes up he just want food and gravy(wet food one). He is peeing but is not popping a lot lately. He is also not grooming himself the way he used to. Is he doing all this to regain his strength? Should I visit a vet regarding it?
