A little bit down the road from my house, i heard a puppy whimpering. He was under some twigs and stuff, and had two siblings with him. They were all very friendly, I could barely get them off me to see what was wrong with the other one. Once I got him rolled over... he had holes in his side and maggots in them.
It’s been a few hours, since I’m underage and can’t take them to a vet, and parents just want me to leave it alone. Is there anything at all I can do to help? Will wrapping it in gauze suffocate the maggots? I can’t stand staying here thinking about that poor baby suffering outside.
Even worse, they were all well fed and groomed, so some asshole probably dumped them here.
