Hi, I need some advice. I have a female cat 11 years old. We took in her mother when I was young and she ended up getting pregnant and that's how I got my cat, she's never been with anyone but me and my family.
However since she was born she has been the most anxious animal I have ever met. Scared of literally everything. As she's getting older I feel as though vet trips are more necessary, I find myself worrying about her more. However between the cost of the vet bills and me literally not being able to get her into the carrier because she loses her mind, screams and freaks out, hyperventilates and then hardly eats for days after the incident I almost feel as though they are more hurtful than helpful. Are there any reliable sites online that I can speak to a vet or possibly get a vet to come to my home so I don't have to put her through that?
Short version: very anxious cat I struggle to get to the vet, any other vet solutions?
Before it gets said, I have tried so many calming treats and treatments, nothing works.
