What should I do about bringing a stray kitten in?

I have 3 elderly dogs (2 bigger, 1 small) and 2 female cats who were both brought in as strays a few years apart.

Today we came home to see some of the neighbour kids chasing a stray kitten (maybe 5 months old) around so my husband went in to get it some food and water. She's very skinny (can see ribs) but is a total sweetheart. It was almost 100F out today so I think she just wanted help so bad that she didn't even care that my husband picked her up and carried her all the way to the water he brought for her.

I've checked the local lost pets websites and facebook groups with no sight of someone looking for her. My husband even asked all the neighbours who were outside if she was theirs or if they wanted her but they all told us no and that we should keep her.

My husband, son and I have fell in love with her. My son even named her and cried when we told him we couldnt bring her in....

The problem is obviously the risk of health issues when it comes to our other pets and how they would react. Besides being really skinny and dehydrated, she looks very healthy. No eye issues, snotty nose, drooling, breathing issues or anything visibly wrong with her. May have flees (couldnt tell by petting her) but we've dealt with that before and our vet keeps them on hand at a good price for all our pets.

We left food and water outside our door for her and were initially planning on taking her to our vet tomorrow to get her checked out before making a decision about bringing her in but I checked their websites and discovered that all local vets are still closed outside of emergency cases due to Covid19.

I'm honestly at a loss of what we should do. We live in a really big city with a lot of reckless drivers and have had heat warnings all week but I honestly have no idea when vets are going to be open for things like this again.
