My kittens started eating dry food, do I still need to feed them milk or is food and water enough?

I've rescued 4 kittens somebody abandoned and they're about 5 weeks old, they finally started eating dry food (I was feeding them goat milk(I've heard cow is bad) and fresh(not canned) sardines.

Now they started eating dry food and they ate just fine with no choking at all, I've noticed they do drink water by themselves so do I still need to give them milk? Goat milk is very expensive here so it's been very expensive taking care of them... (I've never seen kitten formula being sold here).

Another question if anyone can answer, how do I deworm them? Do I go to the pet shop and ask for deworming stuff and follow the instructions? They have no signs of worms so far.
