Cat's behavior has changed

I have a 4 year old maine coone mix, Dobby, who was always the sweetest cat. He loved strangers and never once showed aggression towards anyone. About a month ago, we got a second cat, Togepi who's a year a old and shes a lot more energetic than Dobby. They didnt get along at first and there was hissing and such, but now they're completely okay and play with each other often, as well as grooming.

The thing is, Dobbys behavior now towards guests has changed. He is 90% fine still but he will randomly hiss and even claw at guests, seemingly out of nowhere. Then he'll calm down again and be okay with getting pets from them as such. I've begun to get worried about bringing people over as one time he did claw a guest and I felt so bad. the weird thing is, he only shows aggression for a couple seconds then hes okay again. Also, the guests were not being overly loud or making sudden movements. The particular guest was just walking to the bathroom and Dobby freaked out. Does anyone have any advice for this, or why it's happening? I'm assuming it's due to me getting a second cat but they get along fine now and I'm unsure why this would cause his sudden aggression towards humans.
